Four ways to customize

Pick the service that fits your stage

Buyers use these terms differently — here is exactly what each one means with us, so you know which to ask for.

OEM — Make to your specOEM

Make to your spec

You bring a finished design, drawing or 3D file; we manufacture it exactly to your bottle shape, capacity, neck finish and closure specification.

Best for Brands with a defined design ready to produce.

ODM — Design with usODM

Design with us

Start from our existing molds and engineering know-how; we adapt the structure, proportions, finish and components around your idea.

Best for Buyers who want design input, not just a factory.

Private Label — Your brand on stockPrivate Label

Your brand on stock

Take a proven stock bottle and add your logo, label, coating and closure — the fastest route to a branded product with no tooling outlay.

Best for Launching a branded line quickly at low MOQ.

Custom Design — From scratchCustom Design

From scratch

A brand-new bottle taken from concept sketch and 3D model to a fully tooled, exclusive mold that belongs to you alone.

Best for Signature shapes you want to own outright.

Surface decoration

Every finish we run in-house

From bare flint glass to mirror-metallic shells, each decoration route below is applied under our own roof — no third-party handoffs, so the look you sample is the look you ship.

Silk Screen Printing

Silk Screen Printing

Durable, multi-color logo and pattern printing applied directly to the glass surface — ideal for brand names, dosage markings, and decorative patterns that need to withstand handling and washing.

Spray & Color Coating

Spray & Color Coating

Custom color coatings in matte or gloss finishes, applied evenly across bottles and jars to match any brand palette — from soft pastels to deep, saturated tones.

Frosting & Matte Etching

Frosting & Matte Etching

Soft-touch frosted and sandblasted surface treatments that give glass a premium, tactile finish while keeping the container lightweight.

Hot Stamping

Hot Stamping

Metallic foil branding in gold, silver, or custom colors, hot-stamped onto glass or closures for a reflective, premium finish.

Electroplating & Metallized Finishes

Electroplating & Metallized Finishes

Metallized coatings applied to glass bodies and closures for a luxury, chrome-like finish — popular for fragrance, cosmetic, and premium spirits packaging.

Custom Labels & Shrink Sleeves

Custom Labels & Shrink Sleeves

Pressure-sensitive paper and film labels, full-body shrink sleeves, and carton or display packaging — produced and applied in-house for a complete, shelf-ready product.

How it works

A typed, repeatable custom workflow

The same six stages whether you are private-labeling stock or tooling a brand-new bottle — so you always know what happens next.

  1. 11–2 days

    Requirement consultation

Share product type, capacity, closure, finish, quantity and destination market so we can scope the project accurately.

  2. 23–7 days

    Mold & structure review

We compare stock molds or quote custom tooling, then confirm structure, glass weight and manufacturability.

  3. 37–15 days

    Sampling & approval

A physical sample confirms size, color, closure fit and decoration before any tooling is locked.

  4. 4with production

    Decoration & private label

We run coating, printing, stamping and component assembly, then apply your artwork and labels.

  5. 5pre-dispatch

    QC & inspection

Appearance, dimensions, closure fit, decoration and carton readiness are checked against the approved sample.

  6. 625–45 days total

    Packing & export

Cartons, pallets, shipping marks and export documents are prepared for international delivery.
