Get the neck finish, capacity, color and closure details right before you order — wrong threads are the most expensive packaging mistake.
A finish code like 24-410 = 24 mm thread diameter + 410 thread series. Match the series, not just the diameter.
| Series | Thread turns | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| 400 | 1 turn | Jars, general wide use |
| 410 | 1.5 turns | Bottles, droppers, taller neck |
| 415 | 2 turns (thinner) | Tighter seal, cosmetics |
| 425 | 2 turns | Small vials |
| 2000 | Lug (non-continuous) | Food twist-off / pry-off |
T thread OD · E root dia · I bore · S top-to-first-thread · H finish height. Common diameters: 18 · 20 · 24 · 28 · 38 mm. We supply matched closures so the cap order can never miss the bottle.

FAQ
The questions buyers raise most often — answered straight.
Tell us your product, capacity and target quantity — we'll reply within one business day with specs, MOQ and pricing.
Ask our teamStock molds start from 1,000 pcs. Custom-mold projects typically start from 5,000–10,000 pcs because of tooling setup. Tiered pricing means larger volumes lower the unit price.
Stock samples are usually free; you cover the courier. Custom samples that need decoration or new tooling are charged, and that cost is often creditable against a bulk order.
Yes. Send a sketch, sample or 3D file and we handle mold development, decoration, private label and matched closures. See the OEM / ODM page for the full workflow.
Sampling runs 7–15 days; mass production 25–45 days depending on quantity, decoration and tooling. Custom molds add 25–40 days of tooling time up front.
EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP are all supported — FOB is the most common. Typical terms are a deposit with the balance before shipment; specifics are confirmed on your order.
Packing is part of the spec: carton partitions or molded pulp, strapped and stretch-wrapped pallets, and optimized container load plans to minimize movement. Test reports are available on request.

Tell us your container types, decoration needs, and order volumes — our team will respond with pricing, lead times, and sample availability within 24 hours. We ship to importers and brands in over 40 countries.
